Refund Policy

1. Basic Principle

Upbroshi Studio operates a transparent refund policy in accordance with the Korean E-commerce Act and other applicable laws. The Service is provided on a prepaid-credit basis, and refunds after credit purchase are processed under the conditions below.

2. Credit Definition

Credits are digital goods used to access all features of Upbroshi Studio (AI face anonymization, promo image/video generation, etc.).

  • Paid credits: credits purchased directly by the member
  • Free credits: credits granted as signup bonus or promotion
  • Consumption: 40 to 200 credits are consumed depending on the service type

4. Exceptional Refunds

When a fault is attributable to the Company, refunds or equivalent compensation are provided under applicable laws.

Full refund grounds

  • Duplicate charges due to system error
  • Payment completed but credits not granted
  • Other cases of clear Company fault

Credit compensation grounds

  • Credits deducted but the result was not delivered due to a service issue
  • Continuous service unavailability for 24+ hours (compensation proportional to outage duration)

5. Credit Validity Period

  • Paid credits: 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase
  • Free credits: the period separately specified (90 days from grant if not specified)

Credits past their validity period expire automatically and cannot be refunded or restored.

6. How to Request a Refund

Send refund requests to the following email.

  • The email address used to sign up
  • Date and amount of payment
  • Reason for the refund

7. Refund Processing Timeline

9. Policy Changes

This policy may be amended due to changes in law or operational needs. Material changes are announced 30 days in advance and minor changes 7 days in advance via in-app notice or email.
